Overview

DBT provides a basic savings bank account with no minimum balance requirement, a RuPay debit card, and accidental insurance cover.

Eligibility

Any Indian citizen above 10 years of age who does not have any other bank account.

Required Documents

• Aadhaar Card (or any valid KYC document like Voter ID, NREGA card)

Application Process

Visit any bank branch or Bank Mitra (Business Correspondent) and fill out the DBT account opening form.
