Eligibility Criteria

• Aadhaar Card
• Proof of Residence (Voter ID)
• Passport Size Photograph

Application Process

1. Visit the WB Transport Department portal.

2. Navigate to the citizen services/concession passes section.

3. Fill in the Pink Card application form.

4. Upload age and address proofs.

5. The card will be dispatched or can be collected from designated transport depots.
