While West Bengal has its flagship Swasthya Sathi scheme, the state integrates with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) to allow citizens to generate ABHA cards and access national digital health infrastructure, ensuring seamless health records across India.

Eligibility Criteria

All citizens of West Bengal can generate an ABHA card and access digital health records. For insurance benefits, citizens primarily rely on Swasthya Sathi.

Required Documents

• Aadhaar Card
• Active Mobile Number

Application Process

1. Visit the ABDM portal.

2. Click on ‘Generate ABHA Number’.

3. Authenticate using Aadhaar OTP.

4. Link your health records and access them digitally across empaneled hospitals.
