Banglarbhumi is the official web portal of the Land and Land Reforms Department, West Bengal. It offers transparent access to land records (RoR), plot maps (Mouza map), and allows citizens to apply for online mutation, conversion, and fee payments, eliminating middlemen.

Eligibility Criteria

Any citizen, buyer, or landowner in West Bengal wishing to verify property details or update land records.

Required Documents

• Registered Sale Deed (for mutation)
• Plot Number and Khatian Number
• Aadhaar Card

Application Process

1. Visit banglarbhumi.gov.in.

2. Use ‘Know Your Property’ for quick checks without login.

3. For mutation/conversion, create a Citizen account.

4. Fill the online application under ‘Citizen Services’.

5. Pay the fee online via GRIPS and generate the acknowledgment.
