e-District West Bengal is a comprehensive citizen-centric portal that digitizes the delivery of government services. Citizens can apply for over 100+ services including Income Certificate, Domicile Certificate, Trade License, Grievance Redressal, and RTI without physically visiting government offices.
Eligibility Criteria
Any citizen or business operating in West Bengal requiring official certificates, licenses, or grievance redressal.
Required Documents
- Aadhaar Card
- Voter ID
- Specific documents depending on the certificate (e.g., salary slip for income cert, property tax receipt for domicile)
Application Process
1. Visit edistrict.wb.gov.in.
2. Click on ‘Citizen Registration’ and create an account using mobile and email.
3. Login and select the desired service.
4. Fill the online form, upload scanned documents, and submit.
5. Download the digitally signed certificate once approved.
