Initiated to bridge the digital divide, Taruner Swapna provides a one-time direct benefit transfer of Rs. 10,000 to Class 12 students. This financial grant enables students to purchase tablets or smartphones, ensuring they have access to online education, digital study materials, and e-learning platforms.

Eligibility Criteria

Students currently studying in Class XII in State Government, Government-aided schools, and Madrasahs.

Required Documents

• Aadhaar Card
• Active Bank Account Details (must be in the student’s name and linked to Aadhaar)
• School Identity Card

Application Process

1. Students do not need to apply individually online.

2. The school administration collects the bank details of all Class 12 students.

3. The data is uploaded to the Taruner Swapna portal.

4. Once verified by the education department, the Rs. 10,000 grant is credited directly via DBT to the student’s account.
