UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance) is a breakthrough initiative developed by MeitY. It provides a single, unified platform integrating over 1,700 e-Gov services from Central, State, and local government bodies. Citizens can check EPF, book LPG cylinders, access DigiLocker, and pay utility bills from one app.

Eligibility Criteria

Any citizen with a smartphone or internet access. Different services inside the app may require specific eligibility and linked Aadhaar.

Application Process

1. Download the UMANG app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

2. Register using your mobile number and OTP.

3. Create an MPIN.

4. Link your Aadhaar inside the profile section.

5. Search for the required department and access the service directly.
